Disney Store North America Return Policy
Subject to the exceptions listed below, returns and exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made at a Disney Store Outlet, Disney Store Times Square, Disney Studio Store or DisneyStore.com. Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Merchandise Returns WITH an ORIGINAL RECEIPT Within 30 DAYS of Purchase
A full refund will be provided in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase, except as provided below. Refunds to a card account will only be provided to the original card account used for the purchase if such account is valid. If the original card account is no longer valid, a refund will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit. A one-time price adjustment will be granted on merchandise that has been reduced in price in-store within 7 days of the date of purchase as shown on the original sales receipt.
Merchandise Returns WITH a GIFT RECEIPT Within 30 Days of Purchase
Merchandise returns with a Gift Receipt will receive a Merchandise Credit for the full purchase price if returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Merchandise Returns WITHOUT A RECEIPT or Returns MORE THAN 30 DAYS From Date of Purchase
A Merchandise Credit will be issued at the current selling price of the merchandise returned. Guests may be required to present one of the following forms of ID as proof of identity: valid driver's license, state issued ID card, passport, or military ID. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.
Return Policy Exceptions
The following items may not be returned or exchanged: Merchandise purchased from a location other than Disney Store Outlet, Disney Store Times Square, Disney Studio Store or DisneyStore.com, including Disney Parks and Resorts locations and third party retailers; limited edition items; DisneyStore.com merchandise designated as online return only; personalized items; beauty items; special order items; Disney Theme Park tickets; MagicBand and MagicBand+; subscriptions; memberships; merchandise sold “As-Is”, “No Return or Exchange” or “All Sales Final”; and shipping and handling fees.
The Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. A Disney Gift Card that has not been used for any purchase can be returned for the full amount in the original form of payment, providing the original sales receipt is presented. Partial balances cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except as required by law. Additional details are available at DisneyGiftCard.com.
The Disney+ Gift Card is redeemable solely for monthly subscriptions purchased directly from Disney+ on DisneyPlus.com. Valid only for U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Merchandise purchased online at DisneyStore.com by PayPal™, or other form of electronic tender will, subject to the terms stated above, be refunded as a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise purchased online using multiple forms of tender may only be returned directly to DisneyStore.com, per the instructions found on the back of the packing slip.
Merchandise purchased between November 1 and December 25, will be accepted for returns or exchanges with a valid receipt or gift receipt through January 25.
This Return Policy is subject to change, for any or no reason, from time to time in Disney Store’s sole discretion without advance notice to its Guests.
