You can purchase a Disney Gift Card or Digital Disney Gift Card by using a Disney Rewards Redemption Card. However, you cannot purchase a Disney Gift Card or a Digital Disney Gift Card using another Disney Gift Card or Digital Disney Gift Card.
Can I purchase other merchandise at the same time as a Digital Disney Gift Card?
Yes, as long as your method of payment is not a Digital Disney Gift Card or a Disney Gift Card. Please Note: When you purchase a Digital Disney Gift Card in the same order as other merchandise, you will not be eligible for Free Shipping promotions.

In addition, we will send you an email confirming that the Digital Disney Gift Card has been sent. Please retain your confirmation email for your records as your proof of purchase! What denominations of the Digital Disney Gift Card are available for purchase?
Digital Disney Gift Cards may be purchased in $25 increments up to $150 plus denominations of $200, $250, $300 and $500.

The Digital Disney Gift Card can be used at select locations at Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and Disney Cruise Line® by presenting the Digital Gift Card to a Cast Member for purchases. What if my purchase total is less than the amount of my Digital Disney Gift Card?
Any unused portion will remain on your Digital Disney Gift Card and can be used toward a future purchase.
What if my purchase total is more than the amount of my Digital Disney Gift Card?
At Disney Store, you may apply up to five (5) Disney Gift Cards and/or Digital Disney Gift Cards towards your order at checkout. If additional funds are required for purchase, you must provide additional valid payment method(s).
Can I redeem my Digital Disney Gift Card for cash instead of merchandise?
The Digital Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Gift card cash-out laws differ in each state.
How do I know the balance on my Digital Disney Gift Card?
Check your balance here (DisneyGiftCard.com/CheckBalance) or call the toll free number toward the bottom of your Digital Disney Gift Card email.
What if I lose my Digital Disney Gift Card?
Lost, stolen or corrupted Digital Disney Gift Cards will not be canceled or replaced without the required proof of purchase. Certain restrictions apply. Can I add money to my current Digital Disney Gift Card?
Yes! A Disney Gift Card can be reloaded for any amount between $5 - $1,000 provided the total gift card balance does not exceed $1,000. A Disney Gift Card can be reloaded at any Disney location that sells Disney Gift Cards. Online reloads are not available at this time.
If I return an item purchased with a Digital Disney Gift Card, how will I be refunded?
All returns and exchanges are subject to our standard Return/Exchange policy. Please contact the location where the purchase was made. They will explain their return policy, which will differ by location.
Does my Disney Gift Card/Digital Disney Gift Card have an expiration date?
The Disney Gift Card does not expire. You can also reload your Disney Gift Card for any amount between $5-$1,000 at any Disney location that sells Disney Gift Cards.
