The suspicious activity may be related to someone else using your email address or password combination. When you log in again on my.disney.com or any service or experience across The Walt Disney Family of Companies, you’ll be asked to enter the one-time passcode that was sent to your current email address. Create a new password to ensure your MyDisney login information remains secure.
To unlock and access your MyDisney login, select the Reset Password option in the email notification you received. If you no longer have access to the email notification, visit my.disney.com to reset your password .
IMPORTANT: After resetting your password, please review your MyDisney information for any unauthorized changes.
Once you have reset your password, we recommend logging out of all devices that are currently logged in with your MyDisney account:
- Log in at my.disney.com and go to Access & Security
- Select the Log out of everywhere button
- You will be logged out of all services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies within 4 hours
